The Course
Hole 1 - PAR 4
This short par four offers longer hitters a risk / reward opportunity. Birdies are achievable with a long drive but the out of bounds left combined with the large oak on the right make this a risky play. A more conservative approach is to lay up short of the fairway bunker leaving a short iron into the green.

Hole 2 - PAR 5
A reachable par 5, the tee shot is protected by fairway bunkers and deep rough. The green slopes from front to back, being above the hole can leave a very challenging putt. Being long and left with your approach is recommended.

Hole 5 - PAR 5
The final par 5 on our course, and the last good scoring opportunity on the front 9 holes. The hole slowly wanders to the left around the trees. The green is extremely narrow and difficult yo pitch onto from the sides, you will find playing up the green from the front much easier.

Hole 6 - PAR 4
The first on a difficult stretch of holes to close the front 9. A sharp dog leg to the right, then a steep climb to the green at the top. Don’t be short or your ball will come back down the hill. The green slopes from back to front and you don’t want to be past the pin either.

Hole 7 - PAR 3

Hole 8 - PAR 4
A long par 4, a tough tee shot with OOB and a penalty area on the left. The Approach is narrow and bunkers guard the green. Short left is the best miss on the approach. Don’t forget to place your order from the halfway house on the 8th tee.

Hole 9 - PAR 4
An oak tree defends the green making the right hand side hard to access. A drive up the left gives you the best look at the green but you will need to be brave as the boundary fence is not far from the fairway.

Hole 10 - PAR 4
A drivable par four for longer hitters but the green is well protected, there is deep rough on the right from the tee. If the pin is at the front a long drive will not help, your better playing a longer approach to access the front of the green. shorter hitters will need to negotiate the tree off the tee then play for the back of the green.

Hole 11 - PAR 4
Another short par 4, similar to the 10th the front of the green can be difficult to access. Tee shots should favour the right hand side of the fairway to get the best look at the green.

Hole 12 - PAR 3
A monstrous Par four that will need two great strikes for even the most accomplished golfers. The drive is blind over the hill, please wait for the bell to ring before teeing off. Most players will hope to find the small green in 3 shots. Leave your approach short and right for an uphill putt and the best chance to get out with a par.

Hole 13 - PAR 4
A beautiful dog leg left. There is trouble on the right off the tee, long hitters should aim over the fairway bunker. The green is narrow and there is a steep slope at the front, any approach landing on the slope will run the back of the green.

Hole 15 - PAR 4
Into the trees this dog leg is best played to the corner. Some players may be tempted to take the corner on but it is very narrow up there with danger on both sides. The green slopes from back right to the front left, you do not want to get above the hole.

Hole 16 - PAR 4
Players that negotiate a very narrow tee shot will be rewarded with a short iron to the green. The green is deceptively long, getting the approach pin high is the key to avoiding a three putt.

Hole 17 - PAR 4
A great birdy chance to boost your round. Longer players can attempt to drive the green over the trees. The more conventional route is to play to the corner leaving a short approach. Either way 17 offers a chance to improve your card.

Hole 18 - PAR 4
A long finishing hole. Aim down the right side of the fairway off the tee. The approach can play shorter than the yardage. There is a slope in the middle of the green, find the correct tier to set up the best chance with your putt.
