Open Competitions

Refunds are only made for Open Competitions if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the competition.:

Green Fees

Refunds are only made for Green Fees if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the booking.

 
Society Fees

Deposits for society bookings of over 16 people are non-refundable

Any cancellation of society numbers breakfast, lunches or meals must be received more than

48 hours in advance of the event to not be charged.

Cancellation Policy

 

 

Newcastle-u-Lyme Golf Club and The Westlands Restaurant.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. For certain functions/events, the cancellation notice may be extended, in this case details will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Refunds will not be possible for cancellations or reductions in numbers made after the minimum notice period for your event.  

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to plan and deliver the highest standard of service for all guests.
