Cancellation Policy

 

Tee Time Bookings

  1. Cancellation Notice
    Golfers may cancel or amend tee time bookings up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time without penalty.
  2. Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tee time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full booking value.
  3. Weather Conditions
    In the event the golf course is closed or play is suspended by the Club due to unsafe weather or course conditions, an alternative booking date or refund may be offered at management discretion.
  4. Club-Initiated Changes
    The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend tee times where necessary due to competitions, maintenance, adverse weather, or operational requirements.


Westlands Restaurant Reservations

 

1.           Reservation Cancellations

Restaurant reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the reservation time. This cancellation must be made within club opening hours. We kindly ask that the cancellation not be left on an answer phone or by email.

2.           Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or failure to attend a reservation may incur a charge, particularly for large group bookings or where deposits have been taken.

3.           Large Groups & Events

For parties of 8 or more, the Club may require a deposit or pre-order. Deposit terms and cancellation deadlines will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4.           Arrival Times

Tables may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying the restaurant.

5.           Allergies and Dietary requirements

We ask kindly that if you or any of your party have any allergies and dietary requirements that this information is given over at time of booking or prior to date of reservation. We will always cater for dietary requirements and allergies, however there may be a delay in service if the information isn’t given over prior to the booking. This is due to deep cleaning areas of the kitchen to try and prevent any cross contamination.

6.           Dress code

There is a dress code in our restaurant. Staff do have the right to ask guests to remove hats and not to wear golf shoes. We kindly ask that no football shirts, joggers, vests, hoodies, or t-shirts with offensive slogans are worn in the clubhouse.


General Terms

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
  • All cancellation requests must be made via the original booking channel or by contacting the Club directly.
  • The Club reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice
